Albert Wesker was running down the streets of New York City, weaving in and out of hordes of zombies. The monsters didn't really seem to care about Wesker, it must have been because he was infected as well. Granted, he wasn't infected with the same exact thing as they were, but it was similar enough that they didn't think of him as prey.
As the black & gray clad man soared down the street with much swiftness he saw out of the corner of his eye a very large building known as Stark Tower. Albert hadn't been in this universe for long, but he knew this much about this place: Stark Industries was loaded with high-tech guns. As much as he loved his 9mm pistol and Killer 7 Magnum he couldn't help but wonder what kind of firearms were in that place. "Once again my curiosity grabs the best of me." He thought aloud with a smirk as he walked toward the entrance. With a quick and powerful flying side-kick he knocked the doors right off the hinges, and stood in the main hall with a hand on his 9mm. He drew his firearm, and cocked it. ~I doubt getting pass the rest of the doors will be so simple.~ He thought to himself, and then raced into the stairwell.

Bobby rarely went outside these days, especially at night. Tonight, however, felt different. At least that's what he thought. He took one of the cars that were still at the mansion. Since he didn't leave the mansion much he wasn't sure where he was. Bobby drove around the city looking for anything that might peak his attention.
He stopped at a street that he couldn't find a name for. Bobby looked around and saw that he was in front of Stark Industries. "I'll swing by there to see what good ol' Stark Industries is creating these days." Bobby said. Putting his car in park he got out and hard a loud bang as someone kicked down a door. He ran around to where the noise had come from and saw that it was someone he didn't know. That wasn't to surprising since Bobby didn't know many people in this city.
He followed the guy, who Bobby then noticed was packing a pistol. He didn't want to get to close because he wasn't very interested in getting shot tonight.

Wesker ran up to the third floor at an average high pace for a man, and then stopped at a door in the stairwell. Using his Beretta he blasted the handle off, and pulled open the door. Any moment now Stark's security system would probably be going nuts, but Albert didn't care. He was a pro's pro, even before he had his powers. Once he halted he heard something behind him, an echo in the stairwell. ~Someone's following me.~ He thought to himself as he glanced backward. He turned to look in front of him again, and then dashed out of sight of anyone who might have been following him.

Bobby was following the curious man who looked like he was breaking into Stark Industries. He was a floor below the man, hoping that if he looked down he wouldn't be seen. He continued to follow the man, but Bobby had gotten to careless. When the man, who was now a little less than a floor above him, stopped Bobby took a few additional steps. Then he froze. Bobby had heard the echo also and knew that if the man was paying close attention he heard it as well.
Just then Bobby heard the foot steps hurry up the rest of the way and disappear. He continued up cautiously and when he didn't see the man Bobby became even more cautious. He finished going up the stairs and entered the hallway walking slowly and as quietly as he could. Bobby slowly went by the doors, and noticed that most of them were open. Only a few were closed; when he saw this he thought, Either this guy closed a few doors and is hiding in an open room, or a few were already closed and he's hiding somewhere else. But where?

Albert Wesker had jumped to the ceiling after holstering his gun and drawing his knife. He planted his feet on the nearest wall, and dug his knife into the ceiling to keep himself from falling straight down. As the boy entered Wesker just watched him for a short moment, and then when the young man was in just the right spot he dropped down behind him as he ripped his blade out of the ceiling. He pointed the blade at the boy's neck, and then spoke in an even, and dark tone. "You're following me, child--I want to know why." He said as he stared at Bobby from behind his black sunglasses.

Bobby continued to walk down the hallway. He was expecting someone to come popping out of one of the rooms, not from the ceiling. Then, came the man Bobby had followed in here. He had caught Bobby off guard because he wasn't expecting anyone from the ceiling. Albert pointed the knife right at Bobby's throat. It took a few seconds for Iceman to register what was happening. Instinctively, Bobby raised his hands up to show he didn't have a weapon. He stopped immediately, and began thinking of a plan to keep this guy from slashing Iceman's throat.
"You're following me, child--I want to know why." Albert said to Bobby. He said this very calmly and matter of factly. Bobby's mind kept racing through possible ways to keep himself alive. Finally, after about a minute Bobby said, "I saw you going into the building and I haven't seen many people around, so I wanted to know what you were up to." Bobby said simply. He was in no position to argue or lie to the man. Just then the simplest answer to his problem popped into his head. He lowered his hands but kept his palms facing Albert ready to throw him back with ice at a seconds thought.

Albert said nothing for a moment, and just looked at the boy. He examined his body language and his tone, and paid close attention to his choice of words. All these things would tell him whether or not Bobby was lying to him, or if he was just nervous. The kid seemed to be telling the truth. The boy didn't appear to be a threat to him in any way, after all he was just a child. "Word of advice: don't follow shady men, because trouble always follows close by. Now I suggest you get out of here." He said as he moved his knife away from Bobby's neck.

To say that Bobby was glad that Albert moved the knife away from his throat was an understatement. He was incredibly relieved. "Word of advice: don't follow shady men, because trouble always follows close by. Now I suggest you get out of here." He told Bobby.
"Fair enough." Bobby said shortly and he turned around and left heading down the stairs and back out of the building, to his car, and drove back to the mansion. It was late anyways and he needed to get his rest before the X-Men took off on a mission or something.

(OOC: Coward XP)
Albert just scoffed when Bobby dashed out. He doubted the boy would come back, or dare to call what was left of the police on him for B&E. Now, he was free to explore this place to find what there was to be found. Cautiously Wesker walked into one of the open rooms, and glanced around. Just an office, nothing more. After entering and exiting a few other rooms the red-eyed man realized that this might be a bit harder than he thought.

"Looking for something Wesker?" Iron Man said from behind him with his arms crossed over his chest ever since the outbreak Tony had gone into hiding he didn't have much choice in the matter everyone around him was dying and getting back up again. He did however come out every now and then to attack the zombie army back a bit but it didn't seem to be working the more he killed the more had shown up to take there place. "Of course your looking for weapons I hate to disappoint but there all gone. The armors too in case your looking for any of those I got rid of them wouldn't want them to fall into the wrong hands like yours." He said

The building seemed silent and benign, but Pepper was none too sure. She slipped through the hallways, having exchanged her black heels for black ballet flats, causing her walk to be silent and catlike. She wore her black catsuit with a diamond over her heart, convinced if anyone tried to stab her there the blade would be deflected. Plus her suit was blended with diamonds so it would take some good hitting before anything got to her skin. Then again, her head was still unprotected. I really need to find something for my head.
Her important mission right now was to recharge her weapons, which meant sneaking into Tony's underground workshop and stealing both bullets and recharging her blasters. She had barely escaped with her life from that last zombie attack and she was most certainly not looking forward to meeting up with anyone else whom she might need to shoot.
It had been a long time since she'd seen another human. Humans were hard to come by now in this world of zombies. And every day Pepper waited to meet Tony Stark again - as a zombie. The thought of him being one made her hurt, and she wondered as she often did if she would have the guts to pull the trigger if he came at her with intent to kill. Or - no-kill as the case may be.
Voices up ahead made her freeze, and she dropped halfway into an open doorway, hiding herself in the shadows. Her blonde hair was tied up and her blue eyes were outlined in kohl, and she blended into the shadows with only her pale skin showing a little. She thought she recognized the voices but she wasn't sure. One of them sounded mechanically twisted, the other human.
She waited.

Wesker froze, but not out of fear. He had been caught, which surprised him. Tony must have come in at a point when he was looking through things, and made just enough noise to cover up the sound of his footsteps otherwise he would have heard him...right? "I see the metal men have yet to do their jobs." He said with a smirk as he looked behind him at the armored man who had spoken to him. "You know me. Word must travel fast here." Albert turned around, and looked right into Iron Man's glowing eyes from behind his dark sunglasses. "So, all the weapons, all the technology...gone?" Wesker laughed a bit. He had a pretty good feeling that simply wasn't true. "Yet, here you stand clad in robotic armor." The rather intimidating man walked toward Tony as he spoke yet again. "I've lived through this kind of a Hell before, and I know that the unprepared do not survive. In the end it's the man with the most ammo and guns, and most skill who lives to tell the tale." Wesker stopped right in front of the one called Iron Man, only a matter of inches away from him and stared into those white eyes of his with a firm expression. "Now tell me, where are the weapons?"

"Not really but I can read your name tag." Tony said simply Wesker was still in his uniform "I sold all my weapons when this started the technology had been move along with my other armors to some place safe." He said staring back at Albert "Your gonna have to look some place else even if they were here do you really think I would tell you where they were at?" He asked as he crossed his arms over his chest not moving an inch when Wesker started walking towards him "If you were a friend I might tell you but since your not you can go back to your hell and leave me alone unless your going to make this hard and we have to end up fighting. And standing there thinking your a total bad ass isn't going to make me give you anything." He said getting ready for anything Wesker might try and do "Anyone ever tell you, you look like a boy band reject?" He asked after a moment

Pepper had been listening in and her heart stopped, started, and then stopped again. Adrenaline and joy flooded her system and she leaned back against the the window sighing and gasping with relief. She knew that metal voice, and the words he was saying made it all too true. Tony! Still alive and not a zombie! She tried to keep tears from coming to her eyes but she was absolutely soaked in relief, and so let them fall for a precious few seconds. Her hands slumped to her sides and she closed her eyes against the burn of the salt.
It almost killed her.
Later on she would wonder just how the zombie got into the room. Of course the answer was simple. Albert Wesker, in his foolishness, had kicked doors off of their hinges and blasted off handles and opened up a path for any curious or determined zombie to follow. And at least one curious zombie had, wandering in and circling around until it saw tasty little Pepper leaning up harmlessly against a wall. It grabbed at her arm and tried to bite it. And then a piercing scream deafened its eardrums and its disfigured head was blown into random chunks as Pepper fired at it point blank.
The suit Pepper was wearing saved her - woven with diamonds, almost impossible to penetrate with anything, including zombie teeth. Pepper, for her part, was more than done hiding in the shadows and she hurled herself out into the hallway in full view of Wesker and Iron Man. She stopped short and stared at both men - the first humans she had seen in weeks. A fresh bout of tears trickled down her cheeks, but she managed to stutter out: "The building has been compromised. And I need to recharge my weapons."

Wesker smirked a little, and then removed his glasses as he grabbed a black handkerchief from inside his suit jacket. "You're going to regret this, tin man." He said as his glowing, red, cat-like eyes looked down at his shades as he cleaned them a little. He slipped the handkerchief back into the pocket, and looked into Tony's eyes once more before he put his sunglasses back on. Just then a loud sound caught Albert's ear, and he jumped back and away from Iron Man as he turned to look down the hall, and saw Pepper. "The building has been compromised. And I need to recharge my weapons." "You have no idea." He said with a hint of malice. Wesker drew his 9mm pistol, and took aim at Pepper's head, and then looked over at Iron Man. "I'll give you a choice, give me what I want or she dies."
